Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,084 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, CNRIP1, and RAMP2. Each is linked with STX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX2-to-partner and partner-to-STX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX2 versus DIPK2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
