Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,464 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STX1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RDH10, STAP2_S289, and INPP4A. Each is linked with STX1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX1B-to-partner and partner-to-STX1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX1B versus RDH10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.22.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
