STX1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, TFRC, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with STX1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX1B-to-partner and partner-to-STX1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by STX1B-low versus STX1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
