STX1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,708 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAIAP2L1, NUDCD3, and SPCS3. Each is linked with STX1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX1A-to-partner and partner-to-STX1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX1A versus BAIAP2L1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
