Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,940 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STX1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHGA, SYP, and AP3B2. Each is linked with STX1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX1A-to-partner and partner-to-STX1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX1A versus CHGA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
