STX1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 302 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR615, RNU6-6P, and OAZ1. Each is linked with STX1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX1A-to-partner and partner-to-STX1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR615 grouped by STX1A-low versus STX1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
