STX1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TKTL2, SSMEM1, and NEXMIF. Each is linked with STX1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX1A-to-partner and partner-to-STX1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TKTL2 grouped by STX1A-low versus STX1A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
