STX19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,905 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTNNA1, PLEKHA7, and AGFG2. Each is linked with STX19 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX19-to-partner and partner-to-STX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX19 versus CTNNA1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
