STX19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 510 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX19-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRDL1, SH3GL2, and GAR1. Each is linked with STX19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX19-to-partner and partner-to-STX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX19 versus CHRDL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
