Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,568 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to molecule of fungal origin, Cellular response to molecule of fungal origin, and Positive regulation of sodium ion transport. Each is linked with STX19 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX19-to-partner and partner-to-STX19 results are reported.
