STX19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX19-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, OR7D4, and OR10G2. Each is linked with STX19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX19-to-partner and partner-to-STX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by STX19-low versus STX19-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
