STX18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,536 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR1, GAK, and PRXL2B. Each is linked with STX18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX18-to-partner and partner-to-STX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX18 versus WDR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
