STX18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,272 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBL, ADCY3, and UCK2. Each is linked with STX18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX18-to-partner and partner-to-STX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX18 versus FBL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
