STX18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB8P5, RN7SL685P, and ENDOU. Each is linked with STX18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX18-to-partner and partner-to-STX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBB8P5 grouped by STX18-low versus STX18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
