STX18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 14-3-3_beta, and FoxM1. Each is linked with STX18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX18-to-partner and partner-to-STX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by STX18-low versus STX18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
