STX17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX17-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPMTP3, THAP12P4, and MIR6777. Each is linked with STX17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX17-to-partner and partner-to-STX17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPMTP3 grouped by STX17-low versus STX17-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
