Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX17-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,609 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX17-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC19, GKAP1, and C2orf15. Each is linked with STX17-AS1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX17-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-STX17-AS1 results are reported.
