Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX17-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,137 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX17-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MICALL1, NELFB, and PRUNE1. Each is linked with STX17-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX17-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-STX17-AS1 results are reported.
