STX16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,236 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAE1, RPRD1B, and VAPB. Each is linked with STX16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX16-to-partner and partner-to-STX16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX16 versus RAE1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX16→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
