STX16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,218 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR577, TRMT112P1, and LINC02098. Each is linked with STX16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX16-to-partner and partner-to-STX16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR577 grouped by STX16-low versus STX16-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX16→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
