STX16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, c-Met_pY1235, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with STX16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX16-to-partner and partner-to-STX16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by STX16-low versus STX16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX16→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
