Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,951 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagy, Negative regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with STX16 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX16-to-partner and partner-to-STX16 results are reported.
