STX10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STX10 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 730 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGB6, STARD3, and CAVIN1. Each is linked with STX10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX10-to-partner and partner-to-STX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGB6 grouped by STX10-low versus STX10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
