STUB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STUB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,486 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STUB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STUB1_S19, STUB1_S273, and MRTFB. Each is linked with STUB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STUB1-to-partner and partner-to-STUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STUB1 versus STUB1_S19 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
