STUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-492P, RNY3P11, and RNA5SP131. Each is linked with STUB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STUB1-to-partner and partner-to-STUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-492P grouped by STUB1-low versus STUB1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
