STUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Sebocytes, CD8+ Tem, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with STUB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STUB1-to-partner and partner-to-STUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Sebocytes grouped by STUB1-low versus STUB1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
