Across TCGA cell cohorts, STUB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,397 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STUB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Peptidyl-methionine modification, and Regulation of mitotic cytokinetic process. Each is linked with STUB1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STUB1-to-partner and partner-to-STUB1 results are reported.
