STT3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STT3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,342 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STT3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE4A, SRPRA, and ARCN1. Each is linked with STT3A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STT3A-to-partner and partner-to-STT3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STT3A versus UBE4A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
