STT3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STT3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,841 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STT3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCTN1, CEP68, and STN1. Each is linked with STT3A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STT3A-to-partner and partner-to-STT3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STT3A versus DCTN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
