STT3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STT3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,492 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STT3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-8, LINC01442, and LINC01867. Each is linked with STT3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STT3A-to-partner and partner-to-STT3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-8 grouped by STT3A-low versus STT3A-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
