Across TCGA cell cohorts, STT3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,808 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STT3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced neuron intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Meiotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with STT3A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STT3A-to-partner and partner-to-STT3A results are reported.
