STT3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STT3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STT3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12H, RNF133, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with STT3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STT3A-to-partner and partner-to-STT3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12H grouped by STT3A-low versus STT3A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
