STRIT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,687 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRIT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTSF, HACE1_S385, and RLF_S632. Each is linked with STRIT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRIT1-to-partner and partner-to-STRIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRIT1 versus CTSF in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
