STRIT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, SRIP1, and TEMN3-AS1. Each is linked with STRIT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRIT1-to-partner and partner-to-STRIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by STRIT1-low versus STRIT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
