Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,096 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYM4, SMARCA5, and SKI. Each is linked with STRIP1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-STRIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRIP1 versus ZMYM4 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
