STRIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,661 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM33, PRDX4, and GMPPA. Each is linked with STRIP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-STRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRIP1 versus TRIM33 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
