Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,686 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEIS3, RNA5SP118, and LAMA4. Each is linked with STRIP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-STRIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRIP1 versus MEIS3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
