STRIP1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eIF4E. Each is linked with STRIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-STRIP1 results are reported.
