Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRADA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,022 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRADA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPF, UBE2T, and ATP8B4. Each is linked with STRADA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRADA-to-partner and partner-to-STRADA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRADA versus CENPF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRADA→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRADA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
