Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRA6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,308 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSEC, PTGS2, and GET3. Each is linked with STRA6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRA6-to-partner and partner-to-STRA6 results are reported.
