Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, STRA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 648 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM3, C22orf31, and XPNPEP2. Each is linked with STRA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRA6-to-partner and partner-to-STRA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM3 grouped by STRA6-low versus STRA6-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
