Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STPG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,509 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STPG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL39P39, HJV, and RNU2-28P. Each is linked with STPG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STPG2-to-partner and partner-to-STPG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL39P39 grouped by STPG2-low versus STPG2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STPG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STPG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
