STPG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STPG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,468 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPAL3, LMLN, and CPLANE2. Each is linked with STPG1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STPG1-to-partner and partner-to-STPG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STPG1 versus NIPAL3 in LGG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
