STPG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STPG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,303 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STPG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF16, UBE2J1, and TPPP3. Each is linked with STPG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STPG1-to-partner and partner-to-STPG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STPG1 versus ARHGEF16 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
