Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STPG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,836 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM28, VRK1, and USP13. Each is linked with STPG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STPG1-to-partner and partner-to-STPG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STPG1 versus ADAM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
