STPG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STPG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,839 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL612P, ADAD1P2, and RNA5SP386. Each is linked with STPG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STPG1-to-partner and partner-to-STPG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL612P grouped by STPG1-low versus STPG1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
