STOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,047 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCHY1, SLBP, and PCLAF. Each is linked with STOX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOX2-to-partner and partner-to-STOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCHY1 grouped by STOX2-low versus STOX2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
