Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STON1-GTF2A1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STON1-GTF2A1L data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher STON1-GTF2A1L Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STON1-GTF2A1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where STON1-GTF2A1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
