STOML2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOML2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 815 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STOML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02222, RN7SL248P, and RNA5SP415. Each is linked with STOML2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOML2-to-partner and partner-to-STOML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02222 grouped by STOML2-low versus STOML2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
