Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STOM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STOM-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD126, CKS1BP6, and HTR5BP. Each is linked with STOM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STOM-to-partner and partner-to-STOM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD126 grouped by STOM-low versus STOM-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STOM→partner) and Y-score (partner→STOM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
